Clovelly Awarded Silver Medal at Finger Lakes International Wine Competition
The 15th annual Finger Lakes International Wine Competition was held at the Rochester Plaza, March 21-22, 2015 in Rochester, NY. Known as the world’s largest wine competition to support a charity, it is open to all commercial wineries from all wine-producing countries. The 2015 competition included 3708 wines from 27 countries, including all 50 states.
Clovelly was pleased to be awarded a silver medal for the 2013 vintage of their Vidal Blanc. This marks the second medal for the Vidal Blanc, which was released in May 2014 as one of the three first releases for Clovelly Vineyards. The 2013 Vidal Blanc will be sold out by the end of April, but will be followed by the 2014 vintage in May of 2015. For more information on the current wine selections, please click here.
